Returns Policy
We hope you love your LittleRetreatsBox experience. Each box is thoughtfully curated to bring relaxation and joy. However, if something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We only accept returns if:
-Your item arrives damaged.
-Your item is significantly not as described.
If your box meets either of these criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our contact page with the following:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photos showing the damage or discrepancy
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
